Do I need to be a U.S. citizen to apply?
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We verify work eligibility for every new hire as part of standard onboarding.
What are the work hours?
Crews work Monday through Friday with a 7:00 a.m. start. Overtime is often available during the busy season for those who want the extra hours.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. We provide guidance on appropriate work attire and safety gear so every crew member stays comfortable and protected on the job.
What does a typical day look like?
You’ll work outdoors on landscape installation or maintenance — planting, hardscaping, grading, and keeping client properties looking their best.
Do you offer work in the winter?
Yes. This is year-round, full-time work. Our crews stay busy through every season, so there are no seasonal layoffs.
How and when do you get paid?
Team members are paid on a regular payroll schedule with direct deposit. We’ll walk you through all the details during onboarding.
Do you offer health insurance and PTO?
Yes. Full-time team members are eligible for company-subsidized health insurance, voluntary dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, 9 paid holidays, and 40 hours of PTO after one year.
