Operations Coordinator
You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of a premier boutique landscaping firm, ensuring every crew and project is primed for excellence. Landscaping Crew Leader
The Landscaping Crew Leader is responsible for supervising and working alongside a team to complete landscape installation and maintenance projects efficiently and to high quality standards. This role includes assigning daily tasks, training crew members, and ensuring all work is performed safely and according to company guidelines
Maintenance Crew Leader
The Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading a small two-person crew, working hands-on alongside one team member to perform routine landscape maintenance services. This role requires actively completing daily tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and clean-up while ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards.

Do I have to be a US Citizen?
No; however, in compliance with federal law, all new employees are required to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
What would my schedule be?
Our standard work week is Monday through Friday, with weekends typically off. Crew teams start their day at 7:00 a.m., where they are dispatched to the day’s projects. Key team members and Crew Members must be able to arrive at the Strong facility by 7:00 a.m.
What would I wear?
Team members working on client sites are required to wear Strong Landscaping shirts, long pants, work boots, and personal protective equipment. Crew members receive a company shirt on their first day.
What does my day look like?
No two days are the same. Crew members might focus on lawn care, planting, irrigation, or construction, while office roles may involve operations, client meetings, and varying levels of project coordination. Every day brings new challenges—and new opportunities to learn and grow!
Would I still have work in the winter?
Yes! Our teams are full-time employees and work throughout the winter months.
When and how do I get paid?
Payroll depends on your position. Salaried employees are paid semi-monthly and hourly employees are paid bi-weekly for the previous two weeks. Pay is via direct deposit or pay card. No bank account is required to get paid.
Do you offer health insurance?
Strong Landscaping offers a variety of benefits including company subsidized health insurance and voluntary dental, visition, life and short and long term disability.
Would I get paid time off (PTO)?
All team members enjoy 9 paid holidays. After one year of service, employees accrue 40 hours of PTO throughout the year. Additional hours of PTO increase with tenure and positions.
